Expectations were high with Sudesh in the beginning “sales pitch” but reality hits home leading up to the auction. The housing market in Auckland taking a dive,banking criteria changes, waiting on government policy to come into effect etc. There’s always hindsight, “woulda coulda shoulda” ..However with personal factors coming into the equation re: family intentions for us to sell up and move “home”.
