My name is Manoj Gopalakrishnan and my wife’s Name is Anusha Ganesh. I just want to let everyone know about our wonderful experience that we have had with Mr Nitin Kumar.

We were told about Nitin by one of our very good friend who he had helped in buying a house. Our friend had already given us amazing feedback about him and hence we did not hesitate in contacting him.

We were already told what a strenuous task it can be to buy your first home in Auckland by many of our friends. We were mentally prepared for this and we had done our research about what kind of house and which area we were wanting to look at.  We had our checklist about what we really wanted as must have’s in our house and what we were flexible about.

We called Nitin to discuss about this over the phone. To our very surprise instead of discussing things over the phone, or asking us to meet in his office Nitin very politely asked if we could meet at our home and discuss what we actually wanted. This was wonderful for us as we could meet him after coming from work and not worry about taking time off from work.

Once he came home he was very thorough in asking us what were our needs in terms of must have’s and what we were flexible about. He was very understanding of our needs and the amazing thing was he already had a few properties in his mind as soon as we spoke to him. The next weekend we started going to open homes and Nitin accompanied us to every house that we went to. He showed us houses which was as per our needs and budget and never tried to oversell anything. He was very honest about what every house offered and what were the good things and things we should look at improving in the house before we get interested in the place.

The place we ended up buying eventually was also all thanks to him. We were originally not going to be able to make it for this open home as we had overshot the open home timings but Nitin made sure he called the agent and requested them to keep it open for another 15 minutes so that we could see the house properly. This house was just so perfect and it ticked almost 95% of this things which were a must in our check list. Once we were happy with house Nitin guided us though how we should put our offer. He also helped us in getting a wonderful Lawyer and building inspector to get the building inspection done. The amazing thing about Nitin is that even though he is in Sale’s his main focus is customer service which is very unique and amazing. He never ever pushed us to do anything which we were not comfortable with and never forced us to decide something instantly. He always gave us the time to discuss and decide. The best thing about Nitin is that we could contact him anytime of the day even if it was 9:30 pm and he would come to our home to explain and discuss things. We were really blessed to have him as guidance though this adventure of buying our first home.

We really recommend Nitin if you want someone to look after you as a valued client. We started our relationship as agent and client and now by the end of it all he has become a very good friend.
